#Include: clarify proper usage

#Include documentation shows a potentially problematic script, as an example of such, where #Include follows a conditional (If) statement, but then indicates the following about the subsequent line.

And this line would belong to the IF above, since # directives cannot belong to IFs.

It appears that this is incorrect. The line cited would not belong to If if the #Include statement stands. This is discussed at the following post.

I am also convinced that it is incorrect.

This line was added between v1.0.24.00 and v1.0.25.14. What the original author (probably Chris; former developer) was thinking, is not clear to me. I have tested some old AutoHotkey versions, even v1.0.00.00, but it always behaves the same: The line does not belong to the IF above.

I will remove the line via PR on GitHub.
