Remark for all #Directives about conditional run Topic is solved

Dear Forum,

in Remarks section of #Include directive descsription the following line is present:

Like other # directives, #Include cannot be executed conditionally.

Meanwhile in the Remarks section of #Requires directive there is no such remark, what I personally have found as pitfall.

Suggestion: Add the same remark (as quoted above) to description of all directives or add a separate section / article called #Directives containing general remarks true or common to all directives.
