There is such words in the helper:
F1 through F24 - The 12 or more function keys at the top of most keyboards.
but i cannot use it,is it the key F1 is "^F1" or "{F1}"

Its' like this:
F1::MsgBox, You pressed F1
F2::Send, {F5} ;This sends the key F5 to the active window^F1 is Ctrl and F1
