Bug:
The same Issue like here with AHK_H v1.1.30.3-H002 (1.7.2019).

AHK_H v1.1.31.01-H001 (2.11.2019) (Win32a) doesn't work with WindowsXP SP3 32-Bit! The older version AHK_H v1.1.28 works. AHK_L v1.1.31 works with WindowsXP Sp3 too.

AHK_H v1.1.31.01-H001 (2.11.2019) (Win32a) funktioniert nicht mit WindowsXP SP3 32-Bit! Es gibt keine Fehlermeldung. Es tut sich einfach gar nichts. Die ältere Version AHK_H v1.1.28 funktioniert. AHK_L v1.1.31 funktioniert auch mit WindowsXP Sp3. Nur AHK_H v1.1.31.01-H001 (2.11.2019) funktioniert leider nicht. Gibt es Hilfe?

Can you check whether 1.1.29 or later versions did work?
Did you copy the included dll?
Maybe you need to install it on xp: https://support.microsoft.com/en-en/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
