ControlSend-ing on different threads, but still waits for previous to finish.

Hi,
I have a simple (I think) problem. I run the command "ControlSend" to send a shortcut on a heavy program. The program takes a while to finish the action, which is bound to the shortcut.
I have 3 instances of these programs running, using different threads, I invoke the "ControlSend" command on each instance, but often, the threads wait for the previous command to finish. Can I avoid this somehow?

Can you share you script or show an example, why do you think the threads are waiting?
