Combination Keys

Hi. I wrote a script to remap left mouse click to keyboard keys. I want this command to work with all combinations. For example, if I assign the left click to 'q' key, I want all combinations like shift+q, ctrl+q to work, but I can't get it to work as intended. How can I achieve this? Thank you!
