Assigning Ctrl + Alt to Alt

I'm admittedly not much for scripting but I recently began working in Adobe Premiere on a PC and was disappointed to find one less modifier key than the Mac (in Premiere). In an effort to retain my muscle memory, I've assigned Alt to Win, and I'd like to make Alt two simultaneous modifiers, most likely Ctrl & Alt. I've tried a number of scripts to no avail, so I'm reaching out for help. I'm hoping to get a better grasp on how AutoHotKey works, because I think it could really boost my speed at work. if you change home and end, it should work i think
