Gui or message box windows not use the script's icon?

Post by dangerdogL2121 » 07 Oct 2013, 12:02

I'm trying to find a way to have guis or message boxes to use an icon other than the scripts icon, and not change the tray icon.
I search the forums for something to help but didn't find anything. I thought that I saw a way to do this at one time, but I don't see a way any more.
thanks

It appears that I would have to change the tray icon to do that.
From the Gui Documentation page
For its icon, a GUI window uses the tray icon that was in effect at the time the window was created. Thus, to have a different icon, change the tray icon before creating the window. For example: Menu, Tray, Icon, MyIcon.ico
I still wish there was a way.

Aha!
I didn't realize that changing the script's icon then making a window then changing the script's icon again had the gui window take on the script icon at the time of the created gui, and then that it kept the same icon.

Now my question is, how can I get a message box to display the script's icon in it's title bar?
thanks
