Where do files go when FileRemoveDir is used?
Where do files go when FileRemoveDir is used?
Is it possible to recover files after "FileRemoveDir,1" is used?

yeah data recovery is possible, did you create a new dir in its place with that name? has system restarted?TXShooter wrote:Is it possible to recover files after "FileRemoveDir,1" is used?

Depending on the circumstances there is the potential to recover them using a tool such as Recuva.

No new directory created, and I think the system has been restarted at least once... I'm tunneling in to the machine in question and therefore not physically at it (or at least trying to again... I think something is hanging on it or it's experiencing BSOD (Win7). I'm waiting for someone to access it to give me an update on its status).GeneBene wrote:yeah data recovery is possible, did you create a new dir in its place with that name? has system restarted?
