Example of extracting a shell32.dll icon to a script's .exe?

I noticed that's its not really possible with FileInstall, not easily, since fileinstall doesn't have parameters for icon number. I don't know at all how to approach this, so I'm asking for an example.

what would be the use of shell32.dll icon extraction to a script's .exe?

If you needed to make the script's icon be a shell32.dll. Or it could be used in any gui.
I've never been able to change the script's icon to anything besides a shell32.dll icon. Picture files don't work.
I just want to see if it could be done.
