Sure, Google has done some neat things but I am sick of being accosted by adverts I don't want in my face. The worse offenders in my opinion are the highlighted text on web pages that generate an advertisement balloon when simply touched with the cursor. They are almost always tangential to what you are there for and they need to be closed. Worse yet, someone is making money each time you step on one of these god-forsaken land mines.
I can't find a way to stop them in the browser. We should band together to create a script that monitors web pages for these nasty buggers and then prevent the cursor from entering those areas. Next best thing would be to quickly close them automatically when they pop.
Any ideas?

I didn't know that existed and worked against such ads. Thank you.
