Mouse-based quick input Topic is solved

What wanted here is something like this: We can predefine some statements/strings. When we double right-click in a given window, a menu like the one in the picture below will pop up, and then whichever option we click with the mouse will be automatically entered. In short, it's a mouse-click based shortcut input.

Is there an off-the-shelf tool for this, please? Or functions and libraries that can be used directly? (I'm willing to put in the effort to write myself, but just don't wanna reinvent the wheel so make sure if there's previous works that can be used directly first)
