One possible thing to try is AHKHID, which I've listed in a general rundown of things:

Did you try closing down all instances of AHK so that there were none in Task Manager, and no compiled AHK exes, did you ever change something to do with keyboard keys in the registry? Did you try an external keyboard (although if {Send 0} doesn't work, then I don't think this would word)? Look at AHK's key history, check for any diagnostic tools for the keyboard, On-Screen Keyboard, keyboard settings, language settings, and maybe try AHKHID.
