Tablet / Touch Events

When using a tablet or touch screen along with an application that has a list of items (such as an email or to-do program), swiping left or right on an item can often be associated with an action (archive, delete, etc.).

Does AutoHotkey have any way to simulate touch events on a non-touch system, where only the keyboard/mouse inputs are available?
