Hi. Need help loading multiple new urls in chrome tabs.

Hey. Wondering if there is some way on ahk to convert the url on a bunch of open chrome tabs simultaneously. I can't open all these urls from scratch, they need to convert from a page that is already open on each tab, and move from that page to the new url at the same time with virtually no delay. The delay when clicking each tab and then sending Enter and repeating has too much gap in between and doesnt work. Thank You for Your time as usual, Master Teacher.
