Win hotkeys disabled, partly

Hi all,
I always disable Windows hotkeys with the registry trick HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\nowinkeys=1. But since recently, my hotkey win+alt+b, programmed with AHK, shows a pop-up with HDR disabled:

Any idea on how to disable all Windows hotkeys?
