Can the video camera output be controlled with AHK?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if the video camera output can be controlled with AHK?

What I would like to do is control the 'feed' being sent to Zoom or Microsoft Teams and be able to control the video (from the computer camera or streaming the screen).

I know there's third party tools like OBS which can do this, but I was wondering if it would be possible using AHK and connecting to some Microsoft OS service that controls vudeo camera/screen?
