AHK simple table into Outlook

Hi I have been trying to create a AHK that keys off ::NAC::

Within outlook I want this to insert a 5x5 table with specified column headers (example below)

# Description Description Next Action Owner

2
3
4


How can I got about doing this? I have looked at some of the other threads on this forum.

I have tried the combinations of the below:

::NAC:: 
 Sendinput !NT
return

I however cannot get the above to work and when I type "NAC" "T" is returned.
