repeat 4 times ctrl+t combination

I need a help with a script.

I have to make 4 time this combination : ctrl+t.

my key is an digital encoder on Leo bodnar's shield BU0836-LC.
the key is button 1 of joypad 4.

I don't need sleep between one time and other!
