AHK on top of Adobe Reader XI does not work

A Simple command such as above does not work. SetKeyDelay, SetMouseDelay and keyboardhook have already been tried.

Also searched a lot of posts but none were regarding ahk on top of PDF.

How to make clicks, copy paste by shift down + dragging on top of a pdf ?

Hi smorgasbord,
It sounds like the program is running as Admin. Does running AHK as Admin help? (Or running the program as non-admin?)
