find specific position within window and mouseclick

Hi all-

A noob question here:
I want to activate an Window, and then paste copied text to a specific area within it.
I can't seem to find the proper coordinates with Window Spy as the area may not be in the same place relative to the screen at all times- the widow is bigger than the display, and I have to scroll down to it manually and click on it- I want to automate this step.
