Get user "area code" from Outlook/Skype?

Not sure what it's called but I thought I'd make a script for my work based on what part of the country we live in.

When sending a Skypemessage or outlook mail this is what shows up:

Johana Haraldsson (88729)

88729 = My workplace.

My colleauge in a different workplace have Sara Isaksson (92382).

I am not sure WHERE the numbers are born from. But can this information (numbers) be extracted somehow?
