permanent script Topic is solved

Ive searched around but havnt found anything that seems to be able to help me, I'm looking for some way to make the script I have permanent. It currently loads and runs while I start a specific program but I can then choose to pause/exit the script via the menu where I see it being active. I am wondering if theres any way to lock the script so you cannot exit it while its running? Grateful for any help.

Are you looking for something like this?. (I'm not willing to provide a method to do this (rootkit), it's just a question to know the intentions of the user; although modify the process ACL isn't bad, I think)
