Problem Sending keystoke to Telegram dialog box

Hi,

i am working on a little project for automating picture sending via telegram

autohotkey should send ^o to open a dialog box to choose a file then some more keystroke ("e" "down arrow" and "enter") to the dialog box but after opening the dialog box, Autohotkey sends keystroke to Telegram main window intead of the dialog box

I tried to find why but i failed
