Anydesk/remote connection affects script?

I have a question: when an AHK script is running on a PC, does connecting to this PC remotely affect the script ?

The script I run relies on very precise mouse movements and it slightly changed when connecting with any desk. does it have an explanation?

I might not be helping you here, but I believe that certain types of VNC connections change the display drivers, so I'd think it's conceivable that there might be some very subtle differences.
