which version is better for system v1 or v2.

I have two concerns...
I i am using deprecated version, will it have any impact of software,
+ here, deprecated means this will no longer be updated or it means old version has less features....i what are features which are in v1, but are in v2.

Hello,

You can continue to run v1 scripts without difficulty. For new scripts, you may wish to use v2. I would recommend that. These two major versions can co-exist; installing v2 does not alter v1.

Changes are noted below.

https://www.autohotkey.com/docs/v2/v2-changes.htm
  1. V1 is no longer being developed, updated, or fixed.
  2. Yes, v2 has some new functionality, as noted on the cited page.
  3. V2 is likely to continue to improve as it is revised and updated.

I still use v1

Maybe v2 will catch up in a year or two. Right now I find the ecosystem lacking my favorite packages

Additionally I end up with a pile of these, have to grab my mouse and close them all. Very disruptive to normal workflow.. I do not experience this with javascript or python
