Which tutorial for a basic set of commands

Haven't looked a AHK for 4 years - never got much to work.

Which tutorial would be a good reference to build a simple script to:
In an open GMAIL message I want to:
Enter "F" to forward
Type "J" for contact
Hit enter Enter to pick the 1st name shown for the "TO" field
Tab twice gets you to the "send cmd"
Hit return to "Send"
Shift 3 (really the # key this will delete the message
END
