I'd like to make a script that changes the mouse cursor depending on the active keyboard language. For example, if I'm using a Polish-language keyboard, it will switch to the file pl.cur, for English it will change to en.cur etc. Though it shouldn't change the arrow cursor, only the text cursor thing (which looks like an I). Also, if possible, I want to make it so that if caps lock is enabled, it will change to an additional file. I'm really new to this thing, so I'm sorry if this question is too easy or something…
