How to get the input method position its window?

An input method (rime) window, ---NoActive
It has no title, only a changed class,
But it changes every time with different programs, and its class changes.
There seems to be no way to locate it using .exe.
I used uia to check and couldn't find any usable identifiers.
Is there any way to locate it?
