Autocapitalize first letter of cell

I am using Phrase Editor which is a spreadsheet-like program with 2 columns and one translates on the right column. I want the first letter entered in each cell in the right column to be autocapitalized. For example if I type a word and then comma or space, the first letter of that word should be capitalized (and it should work for Greek). Do you have in mind any script that would accomplish that?
