monitor/detect certain files in a folder and run a batch script if files found Topic is solved

I have a work flow that hope to automate it with ahk script.

If a new file with file name like abcXXX.xls appears in folder c:\temp, then run a batch script located in c:\temp\convert.bat

Could someone point me to the right direction on how to achieve this?
