I have seen the issue with Alt getting stuck in the down position in the past... I haven't seen it recently though. Let me know if you figure out what is causing it, or what is cause the double apostrophe.

There are several of the added ones (such as "daren't") that I've never used either... I just googled what all the English words ending in "n't" are, and added them in-bulk.
