It's that simple.

It might not work for all browsers, but I have confirmed it works for Firefox and Edge (on Windows 11).

• Firefox opens whatever you have selected for "Homepage and new windows"; a new tab page in my case.
• If Edge isn't running, it opens whatever you have selected for "When Edge starts"; otherwise it opens a new window with a new tab page.

In both cases, at least on my system, the window opens with the address/search bar focused, which is what I want.
