Click mouse when 2 colors collide

Hello i'm trying to make a script that will click left mouse button when on the screen 2 colors collide im playing a game that has a progress bar randomly popping out and the progress bar has a standing green bar and a moving, slowly filling red bar so what i want is when the red bar touches the green bar i want the script to click the mouse button is this possible and if so can anyone help?
