Yes, unless HotKeyIt ...
Re: [POLL] AutoHotkey_H dedicated subforum
Yes.
Definitely a good practice to keep non-compatible scripts separated, although I'm wondering about the actual amount of topics this would involve. Additionally, having an overview of AHK_H exclusive scripts might serve as a showcase of benefits/possibilities compared to the regular AHK.

Re: [POLL] AutoHotkey_H dedicated subforum
How would moderation play out? Say someone asks about multithreading in the main AHK Ask For Help subforum, and receives a reply pointing them to AHK_H. (I think multithreading was a thing in _H?) Would that topic be locked up or moved? If moved, will it be clear to the OP and others that they got shifted from one forum to another? Some forums show a "Moved" placeholder/link to the topic, but indicating that it has gone to a different subforum. I'm not sure if AHK has that, haven't seen one recently.
Re: [POLL] AutoHotkey_H dedicated subforum
ahk has that, but afaik, most of us don't use it (it's a checkbox) as it's fairly useless and keeps a link to the topic within the wrong section. they might not notice it was moved and they will ask future questions in the wrong section. they can easily find their topic within their profile, if they look
Also we sometimes edit (or bump) the topic stating who moved it
such as:
[topic moved - tidbit]
[topic moved from Ask for Help - tidbit]

Re: [POLL] AutoHotkey_H dedicated subforum
I think it'd be a good addition since couple (maybe more) years ago when I last checked ahk_h I found out it was 'discontinued' and have been under that impression till now (due to not being an active member of the community, but I think that's the majority of AHK's users) so the subforum would give it more visiblity if nothing else. (I might be mixing ahk_h with ironahk, but still the same lack of visibility would apply.)
Re: [POLL] AutoHotkey_H dedicated subforum
ahk_h isn't the same as ironahk. IA died many many many years ago.
ahk_h has: scrollable guis, multi-threading, sleep delays built-in to send, and a lot of other goodies.

Re: [POLL] AutoHotkey_H dedicated subforum
Just saying ahk_h is well hidden and could use the little visibility and introductions that would come from a subforum. At least imo.tidbit wrote:ahk_h isn't the same as ironahk. IA died many many many years ago.

Re: [POLL] AutoHotkey_H dedicated subforum
I voted yes, but I am a little concerned about UCR ending up in an infrequently visited sub-forum (I mean, how many other people release gaming scripts using AHK_H?)
This would seem a little silly, given that it is one of the most active threads on the forum, and especially as it is not incompatible with _L (Most people run UCR by double-clicking a renamed _H .exe, you do not need to associate .ahk files with _H)
Are we OK with leaving the UCR thread where it is?

and only AHK_H specific discussions / help topics would go in the new forum
Re: [POLL] AutoHotkey_H dedicated subforum
That's cool. It may even be an idea to have a UCR dev thread in the _H subsection, and keep the main thread in the gaming forum for support.
Re: [POLL] AutoHotkey_H dedicated subforum
To clarify it would be closer to being "AutoHotkey_H Development", rather than a "category".

Now that the Poll is over. I need structure suggestions...
Simply make the forum AHK_H dev or are there any objections, comments?
