Script will not go away

Hello.
I downloaded autohotkey portable and installed this
Code: Select all - Download

Code: Select all

; Always on Top
^SPACE:: Winset, Alwaysontop, , A ; ctrl + space

I have since deleted autohotkey. The hotkey no longer works, but the windows are still on top.
Help!
