Help on clicking a menu item on Dropbox menu

Hi guys,
someone can help me clicking an item on a Dropbox menu?

I already tried posting a WM_COMMAND I catched with "Window Detective" but Dropbox doesn't seem to react. Looks like I'm missing something... Is there any chance to click the menu item other than the WM_COMMAND?

If anyone is willing to try, the menu item is "Pause synchronization". Any hints is appreciated.
