I have used AutoHotKeys v1 for quite some time now (albeit in very basic mode, i.e. Text Replacement... which is really useful) most recently on Windows 10.
I had also put this onto my two brothers' PCs.
They are both running on Windows 11, however, whilst one of them is absolutely fine, the other - which still loads and runs a compiled script - will not show "Edit Script" nor "Compile Script" when I right-click on his source file.
I have uninstalled the App, rebooted and reinstalled the latest version, but still no success.
Has anyone out there seen this issue (and hopefully got round the problem)?
Best Regards.

"Edit Script" and "Compile Script" are missing
Re: "Edit Script" and "Compile Script" are missing
Make his registry entries look like this:
(use the path to his compiler location if different than "C:\Program Files\AutoHotkey\Compiler\Ahk2Exe.exe" /in "%l" %*)
(use the path to his default editor)
