Script will run on one computer but not on any other

I have this script to find a button and click it using findText script from a wonderful other user.
It runs properly as intended on one computer (win10, runs both as script and exe), but wont run on my other computer and my friend's computer (both win11). The message boxes show up and other stuff show up but nothing else works.
I've seen other posts on this board related to this but they seem to be related to problems with some obscure protocol or a problem with the code itself. I'm attaching the code below.

tl;dr: script runs only on one computer, on the other only the message boxes show up but the clicking doesn't happen.

what code do? show message box and then run function that check if image encoded as text is on screen, when found on screen click it.then sleep for 20 seconds.

It sounds like the button is rendered differently on the other computer, possibly because the other computer is running with a different scale factor setting in Windows. Try developing the reference data (the Text:=… line) on the other computer using the button image as displayed on that computer.

Yep, looks like that was it, trying to capture with the same width and height different computers capture different parts of what I want to click on, trying the capture on my desktop captures a larger region whereas on laptop it captures a smaller region, And that seems to be the problem.

However I have no idea how to solve this, do you have any ideas?

I mentioned how to solve it. Take new reference data for the button image from the other computer and put that in the script. If you don’t want two versions of the script, have the same script check for either case.
