Volume controls for Spotify as background window

Hello Everyone!

I just created this account because I'm so unbelievably desperate to find a solution for this problem.

A while ago i bout a new keyboard with a couple Multi Media Keys including a "dial" which is PERFECT for volume controls, but i can only ever find ways to make it control the master volume of my PC.

I've been looking for a way to instead only control the volume of the Spotify app when it's in the background, for example behind a full screen game.

Rarely have i felt so dumb because i spent days trying to figure it out but i keep running into a wall.

I am DESPERATE please please send help, I'll be eternally grateful <3
