AHK knows nothing about jumping, but it does work with functions that handle actions of the keyboard, mouse, and windows. You might want to describe the actions that your script would execute, in those terms. This could match a description of what you might do yourself as a user, in achieving success. "Press a key", "Move the mouse cursor", etc.

I used Bloxstrap to tweak the game, including jump settings, and it worked pretty well for me.
