taking items in the box help

Hello, when I kill a creature in a game I play, the box falls and I want to automatically get the items inside. How can I do this? Can you help me please?

Would you expect anyone to be able to help without you describing how you go about getting the items inside normally? There is no AutoHotkey function called GetItemsFromBox. Also, you would have to have the script determine when the box is available, which may not be easy unless there is a repeatable image that appears when that happens.
